Last year, just 4 days before Valentine's Day, I went scouring London to find the perfect Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend, and I came across Melt - A divine chocolate shop. Walking in, the smells immediately make you smile, with the beautiful sweetness of chocolate lingering in the air. It was like Willy Wonka's Factory.

Now, we Londoners love our cakes and tea, and when it comes to cakes, the absolute finest comes from a shop, handily named The Cake Store.

The Cake Store is a shop that our parents went to in their youth, and their parents and so forth. It has been running for over 70 years and winning many prizes doing so. And, with 70 years experience, they can guarantee to make an amazing cake for all occasions. Speaking of occasions, The Cake Store is reputed for making the BEST occasion cakes I've tasted (And seen!) to this day.
