I came to Barcelona about 9 and a half years ago, not with the intention of staying, but ended up doing so. It's a hard city to leave, and fortunately has great connections to go almost anywhere in the world easily. Not that I get away that much!!

I've been living in the old town of Barcelona for the last 7 years and before that moved around a bit, so I think I know the city very well. The blog is a great way for me to share some of the anecdotes and funny things that happen in the city from a foreigner's point of view.

I love people to comment on the posts, and welcome any criticism or suggestions as to what to ramble on about.
